The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

in a nutshell, our band saw your work and thought it was perfect for an album cover.
we're keeping our options open for the moment (as mentioned later, we are on a slightly tight schedule, so we'll make a decision very soon), but if it were to happen, we would send you templates for simply a size, and have you create a work incorporating ideas that we have, melded with some of the ideas seen in some of your works. we may need the work to be quite large to fit on posters and shirts etc, and able to be shrunk to the size of an album cover.
the main issue would be 'ownership' (for the lack of a better term) of the work. it is important that we are able to use the image(s) at our discretion to make and re-make cds, posters, shirts, etc at our discretion.
we will need a quote from you, taking into account your labour (we may need to relay some ideas back and forth with you, and see some examples etc) and the 'ownership' of your work - for us to use the image(s) at our discretion.
we would include the information that you wish to provide about yourself on the inside of the case (for example, "artwork by [insert your name] [insert contact email]" etc).
apologies that this may be a little sudden, but if this works out, we would need the work an about 4-5 weeks, so your quick reply is very much appreciated.
i think this sounds very good, i can't promise the moon, but i can try.The only thing that i have a slight concern about is when you say "incorporating other ideas" , but i think we can work around it. As far as the ownership of the image goes, i don't think that will be a problem. I'll be back online later today and i look forward to talking some more with you guys. might i ask if you have a website?

'incorporating ideas' doesn't mean much more than you attempting to create our name (we have a font design) in the same kind of style as the artwork. i will scan drawings of the name style, and hopefully have them sent to you if this whole thing works out.
our myspace will be up and running shortly, i will send you the link when its up. as yet we dont have music on there either, but incase you are wondering, influences include Porcupine Tree, Opeth, Radiohead, Dredg, A Perfect Circle, Muse, Cog, Sigur Ros, Deftones, Sleep Parade, Dream Theater, Tool, The Butterfly Effect, Karnivool, The Mars Volta, Meshuggah etc.
